Foto Studio Paola respects the privacy of all its clients. All information, personal data, and photographs collected during the collaboration are used exclusively for the purpose of providing the agreed services and will not be shared with third parties without the client’s explicit consent.

All photographs taken during the collaboration are stored securely, in accordance with personal data protection regulations (GDPR). The client has the right to request deletion or restricted use of their photographs at any time, unless otherwise agreed by contract.

All photographs and videos created by Foto Studio Paola are protected by copyright law and related rights. Copyright of the produced material fully belongs to the author (photographer), unless usage rights or ownership have been explicitly transferred to the client by contract.

By purchasing the service, the client obtains the right to use the photographs for agreed purposes (e.g. personal use, social media publication, marketing campaigns, etc.), but without the right to resell, modify, or distribute them commercially without the photographer’s consent.

📣 Publication of Work

Foto Studio Paola reserves the right to use part of the produced material for its own promotion (portfolio, social media, website), unless the client explicitly requests that their work not be published.
